I agree with you Otacon they don't even go by their own reviews so why should we? They slated Mass Effect and then two months later had it in their most played section. SLATED fallout 3 scoring it 7/10 and then put it in their top 20 best games available today article. Also this month they gave Dragon Age 5/10.......and don't even get me started on the unbelievably pretentious letters at the back of the mag. Sigh, yet I keep buying it.

I would recommend giving Gran Turismo and Motorstorm a go if you like car games. Platformy-type games are LittleBigPlanet and well, loads of others. Also check the PSN ones like the PixelJunk series and so on. Killzone is great as is Lumines.. and of course the various GTA titles (latest being the DS port chinatown wars)... Future releases include fat princess, tekken, MGS & silent hill

My only problem is whether to pick this up on PC or PS3... I prefer console gaming to pc gaming but i've heard brilliant things about the PC version...

Depends on the game,but generally games with multiplayer will have support for voice chat. Fifa does btw. This one is pretty cheap, and just happens to be call of duty themed http://www.sendit.com/games/games-ac.../10066373.html CC

I can't wait for it. The AvP games on the PC were excellent especially the multiplayer modes.

I'm playing through Persona 3 myself right now and absolutely love it. It's such a hodge podge of different genres that should seen complicated but it's very easy to get into. The battle system is amazing but the game can be very tough. Overall this game is already looking at a top 5 spot in my favourite RPGs of all time. BTW the protagonist in 3 is silent as well.

I haven't "ditched" my xbox but I did buy a PS3 recently. I wanted to play Uncharted 2 and I was sick of paying a Live subscription fee so free online play was a major factor!

You have the PSP (Phat) which is the original one it plays games from UMD (disk) or from memory card. The PSP Lite is a slimed down version but does the same thing The PSP Go is a new model it doesnt have the UMD disk drive and it slides to expose the buttons it has a 16gb HD to save games. But other than that its the same. Bar the cost.

All the info you need is in the stickies at the top of this forum. American PS3 will work in Europe, it has dual voltage power supply. Games are region-free but DLC is locked to the region of the origin of said game. It will be locked to DVD & Blu-Ray Region 1 (US) and won't play Region 2 (PAL, Europe) discs unless they are region free.
