Hey guy, I've been getting this bread for awhile now only because I love the taste of it. I was just wondering what you think of it? http://www.burgenbread.com/ It's the Soy and Linseed one I get, it's 2 euro in Dunnes and Tesco. From a health point it's low GI.

Hi, I'm just wondering if there are any other coeliacs out there? I was diagnosed just over two years ago and I'm still finding it a bit of a pain in the proverbial!! Also...it can be hard to find places that cater for coelics. Obviously most expensive restaurants will work something out for you most of the time but I personally find it hard to find somewhere to eat when I'm in town ...

I know a few people on it and all lost loads of weight. However and it's a big however, I know when they come off it most of them will put the weight back on because you cannot do this diet forever. Plus my cousin who has IBS has great difficulty with it and in my opinion should stop the diet as her tummy is in bits. However she won't be told. I've seen the women in my family do every ...

Anyone know anything about these dietary supplements? Supposed to speed up metabolism and lead to weight loss. I did take one tub of them for about a month and noticed a difference, but I was dieting quite strictly so could've just been about that. I don't have them now and am wondering should I bother buying again? They were 50 quid a bottle so pricey.
