How much water do you drink each day? Hiya I hear from alot of people that it is important to drink eight glases of water a day.Should you not just drink water when you are thirsty....I drink about two glasses of water a day and maybe two glasses of
green tea(so i'm half way there if tea counts as water ).How much does everybody else drink on...

Hi, started this 3 days ago and have lost 4lbs already basically you replace 2 meals with shakes and cut out carbs it tough but i got a result early so that has motivated me to keep going... just wondering is anyone else doin this or have done this and how is it going for you Thanks

Anyone know anything about these dietary supplements? Supposed to
speed up metabolism and lead to weight loss. I did take one tub of them for about a month and noticed a difference, but I was dieting quite strictly so could've just been about that. I don't have them now and am wondering should I bother buying again? They were 50 quid a bottle so pricey.

Hi, I'm just wondering if there are any other coeliacs out there? I was diagnosed just over two years ago and I'm still finding it a bit of a pain in the
proverbial!! Also...it can be hard to find places that cater for coelics. Obviously most expensive restaurants will work something out for you most of the time but I personally find it hard to find somewhere to eat when I'm in town ...
