As i said the last time. There really is no need what so ever for creating a new thread in regards to the same issue. Simply reply to the old thread. The reason for this is that now there is multiple conversations in multiple threads, which is a nightmare to keep track of.

Maybe the charge should be of a ratio to size?
i.e charging 12 for bigger items and 4 for smaller on some sort of scale

Hi Gok,
If you go to http://www.komplett.ie/k/kl.aspx?bn=11209 There is a crucial memory configurator, you can input the make and model of the server and all the options for which ram you can use will come up. Also cost too.

I'm afraid the stock for the hard drive has not been confirmed for you yet, so you will have to wait until it comes back into stock. The best thing you could do is to cancel the hard drive off the order so the rest will ship

Your order will not ship until all products are in stock. Anything you have ordered that was in stock has already been allocated to you, so no need to worry there. The only info i can see on the Nas is that the supplier is expecting to have the stock with us on the 31st.

Are you saying you have that kit and you have found that it is not compatible? The reason i ask is i have this kit myself and it works fine. All our kits are thoroughly tested before they are sold together.
