Think my friend has booked to go today..to Scholars..I will let you know how it goes......they are often looking for bodies to go ya know. Also lots of those strange people you see going in could be examiners to check on the students. Also guests to the college of course. It is a chance to try strange things without going to massively expensive place. (which I couldn't afford anyway) Any special events they really try hard.......had...

Depends on your interests. If your into computers, join Netsoc. If your into Gaming, join Games Soc. If your an outdoor person, Adventure Soc. Dont be afraid to go to any of the society meetings you hear about or the sign up desks for any of their events and ask what they're about. If your into animation or western cartoons, feel free to join Animation too. There's a good few societies for just meeting up and hanging out and doing...

I do that course, I'm in 3rd year
If you like multimedia things, that's one of the big course modules. We do things like learning to use various software ; Flash, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc... and our assignments (making interactive websites, movie sequences) are based around those programmes.
Pretty fun! - and it's all based on industry-standards, so it's very relevant...

Some lecturers insist on 75% attendence. But, my attendence was woeful in my first semester due to some personal issues and it didn't affect my exam results, but missing classes definately did impact on my stress levels. I don't want to assume I know what your problem is but I found that by checking in with your lecturers and letting them know you are still about was a helpful thing to do. The ...

You repeat it in August. Because it is over 50% CA it will probably be a repeat CA and an exam. Otherwise it will be 100% exam.

Not only the GAA crowd, one of our lecturers said it's for everyone for motivation, and well said motivation to us we all laughed, it was business information systems, who can get motivated for that.
