Quick question now and be honest everyone. Do the people who continually post up pics of Brad Pitt crack one out to him occasionally? Because there's an unhealthy amount of photos posted with him in him as the ideal body. I have to agree with kevpants here.

Eat €150+ of food a week, spend 3 hours a day in the gym, lot of supplements and acquire some Human Growth Hormone.
For realistic and general muscle building, up your food intake(check the stickies) and focus on big compound lifts twice a week (check the stickies out).

Hey G'em,
Thanks a million for doing this its much appreciated.
Could you possibly explain to me what the theory is behind mass gainers, in terms of ballpark suggestions on numbers in the following situation.
Take a chap that is 15% bodyfat, good clean diet, 6 meals, nice mix of clean foods, heavy weights and small amount of cardio.

I was in bluepool and I am pretty sure the sign outside the sauna was saying you should remove all clothes. Seemed to be a generic sign and the "rule" might have been overlooked when they put it up, since it was beside the pool, i.e. mixed.

AFAIK these outlets sell Heart Rate Monitors (HRM's) periodically. It is not something that they have all the time. So you will need to keep an eye out on their respective promotional material to see when they are next available.
If you need one straight away, then Argos have some from around €30 up to over €100. See http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/store...&Submit=GO+ %3E

I always find team sports very condusive to keeping fit and not putting on weight. Physical activity of a sport you enjoy which means that people are relying on you to turn up and not slack off and put off going is a recommendation I would make. You can always supplement with the gym.
You cant get around diet either. Maybe have a cheat day as opposed to sticking to cuting out carbs all ...
