Lot of the Gammy old cardio machines have been replaced. Utter...

I'm just wondering if anyone has any exercises or tips to suggest? My routine is below and it's in order from the top being the first exercise and bottom being last. Here is my usual workout: Bike for 10-15 mins ...

Hey, I've just stared p90x workout and I'm on day 3 now. It's kicking my ass and is very tough but I've never tried something like this and have been very lazy the past year so its bound to be. There's a p90x recovery drink that is recommended by the website but I can't seem to find any supplier to Ireland. Basically the reason why I'm doing the p90x is not the add mass per se, its more ...

Good core stregthening exercises are deadlifts, squats and some variation of a standing overhead press. I change programs every 2 or 3 months. Mostly 3. And i don't think i've ever missed out on the above 3 exercises. There are lots of 5x5 or 4x6 programs out there that primarily focus on building strength and do not leave much out of proportion.
