Hey
I can't really answer your question but you may as well apply anyway. I was talking to someone from the CB at a careers fair and she told me to apply as early as possible. A few things you might not see in the
brochure are:
1) The starting salary is around 30k
2) They are taking on 5 people - I though I may have misheard this but apparently it is true.
I have applied myself but ...

We haven't "now" adopted anything.
This was always part of national wage agreements,
only "now" has the employer decided to weasel out of them. Except in powerful semi-states where artificial profits are maintained.

You will find it tough to get a job as an actual economist (i assume that is what you meant) with just an undergrad degree. However your award will stand to you in the world of business.
Why not try shop around for graduate schemes in major firms in Ireland. If you don't believe me about the lack of economics jobs in Ireland, check this:

Not the best paper I've ever read. Very narrow analysis over a very shallow time period and full of evocative, bolded text.
Why also are they attacking minimum wage as a failure of equality? I would not have thought that min wage was a tool designed to create wage equality, but rather to ensure a minimum
standard of living.
The technical notes are a laugh as well.
