Hi all, Just wondering if you can advise on two separete issues for me. No.1 is an issue with 3 (surprise surprise!) I rang up and gave a month's notice that I was cancelling my contract with 3 (as my 12 month contract was coming to an end) and after I hung up I also posted it. I cancelled my direct debits after the month and thought everything was ok as the man on the phone...

Folks, I think I am in the correct section with this thread but if not apologies and could someone move this please. I recently bought an american fridge freezer from whirlpool. The problem I have is the drinking water pipe provided is too short. I look up 4whirlpool.ie to see if I could get an extension but they are quoting 40 - 60 (sterling) which I think is a bit steep for a metre...

Was Superquinn running their "Back to 70's" prices promotion over the weekend or is it coming up? I was just passing the Blanchardstown store in the car and I caught a glimpse of the promotional poster but couldn't see the dates

Hopefully this is the right place to start this thread. Got a car phone kit installed in the new car a few weeks ago. There's absolutely no issue with the kit and it works fine. However, I am still waiting for the guy to post out a receipt THREE FULL WEEKS later. I have rung him several times and he keeps saying "oh it's in the post" or "oh it'll be with you any day now". It's starting to ...

Has anyone had the "pleasure" of try to pay their toll fee through Eflow? 5 times I had to ring. I was given an incorrect phone number by one of the CS people to pay and was hung up on twice. It reminded me of dealing with UPC "customer service", actually I find UPC better

[quote=javaboy;57415385]But if you're renting a DVD, you presumably want to watch it that night right? And if it's a children's DVD, you don't want to have them up all night watching it. So if you have had to make two extra trips to Xtravision to return it, then you've lost a good chunk of valuable time. I thought he bought a dvd?

Hi All, on the 29th of August I bought a BOSE Sound Dock in The Soundstore in Cork, for 299 euro. Over the weekend I was in the BOSE shop in Dundrum, when I saw the same product for 199. When I enquired about the price drop, they told me that the price had gone down on 1st of September, 2 days after I bought my one. So is there anything I can do. Regards Gavin

Hey, I was just wondering if a person is entitled to compensation from the delay of express post items. On there site they guarentee next working day deliver. Now they also say no compensation will be given for the delay of an item. Doesnt this mean that they are breaking there guarentee and that you are entitled to some form of compensation ? Thanks.
