The sound in videos I play in youtube have gone waaaay down (almost inaudible). Other sites play sound fine (well at least www.rte.ie/radio + audiocheck.net/audiotests_frequencychecklow.php) Also in another account on my vista laptop, youtube plays fine. Any ideas what might be blocking youtube sound in my primary user account? Thanks P

Western Cruiser The solution to my problem was to use blacknights incoming server address as the outgoing smtp address also. Then go to outgoing server settings and tick the box that says 'my outgoing server requires authentication' and also tick 'use same settings as my incoming server' Worked fine for me.. Goodluck!

I booted in safe mode and did a system restore. I then downloaded Workstation 6.5, and got the exact same problem. Two questions; 1. What is causing this? 2. How can I install Workstation on Vista 64-...
