I don't think it really matters when you bought the mags, thats why I'm a little confused as to why gungun is asking. Its the type of mag. My KWA mag has pins in it (like your KWA mag). My Army mag has a screw in it (like in the picture). Wheres the confusion? i stupidly left a extended glock mag full of gas for about 2 months, now it the gas pi$$es out when i fill it.
if you look at the bottom of the mag there is a square shape, the gas is getting oout from around that. i reckon iv wrecked a seal inside it is there any way of taking that square out and replaceing the seal or any other way to fix it???

No have the same type of valves as pistols etc, you can open this one with a pliers,
Edit: not needle nose, the flat face one.

CA's are always boinging.
Just depends on the spring brand really, and if there is much slack in them at full extension, try a longer spring or a bearing spring guide to reduce play, but watch your fps.

From personal experience, i find 'quality' of barrel gives a better performance than length.
Some say 'oh i put an m16 barrel in my m4, it shoots so much further and more accurately'
what they forget to mention is they took out the stock 6.08, and put in a promy 6.03... (or similar).

Seeing as all 416s have the longer flared magwell compared to a standard armalite I'd say the Magpul PMags should fit no problem, the Green label Star PMags will most likely need a mod to remove the top front ridge or two of the mag.
