I have seen exhaust systems that have a Black Hardcoat Insulation on the "Hot Section" between the engine and the shower head. Do you guys know where the Hardcoat material can be purchased???? I have searched the internet with no luck. I have been told that its not a good idea to put the Hardcoat insulation on my pipes but I want to do it anyway......it sure makes a good looking...

Sirs, I'm needing help with getting Reel Cowboy documented. My wife doesn't have the time or the patience...losing interest, I guess. I'm more than willing to pay someone for help on this matter...please! Brian Barragy thought that the C.G. was able to issue a new certificate of some sort, if an old vessel was refurbished to a certain extent. I'm having a hard time finding insurance on a ...

I’m finally getting around to removing the 190 gallon tank from my B28. What a joy this has been, especially in the SW Florida hot sun. I've used every four letter word in my vocabulary and then some I invented. After cutting away part of the tank and cutting through the tabs that hold it, I finally had to winch the tank loose by hooking a logging chain to my lift and into the threaded ...

I thought there was some of the faithful in Cabo. I have a friend leaving tomorrow and wanted to do some fishing, wanted to charter one of the B31 faithful if there is anybody there. Can't remember the name of one that has posted here before. Please chime in with some help if anybody knows of them or how he can get in touch with them. Thanks, DQ _________________ 67-FBC Run'em hard & ...

Took a ride out to West Atlantis, thanks for the tip Brewster, fish were there, loaded up on big Mahis and boated a 70lb yellow fin, what made the trip was trolling along side Dugs Alchemy. Very nice ride Dug...loved watching it troll along side big Vikings and Oceans and and sit low and mean as the others rolled around. We landed the yellowfin when we were right next to you guys. Bruce, Capt Patrick and I have been trying to get in touch with you for a couple of days, keep getting your voice mail, is everything OK, give us a call when you get a chance. Talked to the old fart this PM he's doing well (no pun intended Pat), I just had an other surgery on my knee today, that makes an even dozen times, out of action for a month. Pete Fallon

I am looking to cover the boat for the winter and wanted to get some advice on tarps. Ultimately, I would like Fisher Canvas to make one but cash is low at this point. So with that being said a standard 31 with no hard top, no swim platform and no bow rail could be covered by 25 * 33? I would measure the boat but it is on the water and a few hours away so I though I would rely on the more ...

OK.. it is time once again for me to ask another dumb question. (The last one was "What does RLDT mean?) So.. here it is.. On the first page after you sign on... To the left of each string's subject are symbols.. I can't figure out what they are for.. There is a circle with what looks like a bell in it.. sometimes the bell is colored sort of orange/brown, usually they are not...

Lately the degree of spam registrations has been increasing to a point that I'm getting as many as 8 - 10 an hour. That's what it used be per day... Of all the spam registrations, by far the most are using Gmail as there email address. Maybe as much as 90%. Most of the rest are using googlemail or Hotmail. I am strongly considering banning altogether any registration from either of ...

I bought this yesterday. She's still up in Mattituck, NY, and I'll probably be towing her to MD in early November. I know she's different, but I really like outboards in small boats. Gulf Fiberglass on LI did the transom rework about 10 years ago. Thanks to John D. and Ian for their insite on B20s.

Gentlemen, I had the front cabin overhead hatch cut out glassed over and was wondering if that area is a flat surface or slightly rounded? I just can't remember...getting old or something. I know that it was glassed to match the surrounding area. Much thanks. _________________ John Cranston "I don't drink beer often....but when I do...I prefer Dos Equis" "Stay Thirsty ...
