I noticed you're using ABR rather than CBR or VBR. I don't know with any certainty, but this might be the problem. Try a couple of CBR tracks and see if that makes any difference.

First off i'm sorry for posting this as i know this has been answered, i just can't seem to find it anywhere. Basically, ages ago before i got the X-fi i saw a post by someone saying how to change the settings so it was like a mobile phone type keypad etc. Basically i just need to know how to do that as i can't figure out how and can't find that post.

im not sure whats happening but i recently formated my computer and was running my mp3 player fine, but in the past 2 days when i connect the player it'll stay connected for about 15-20 seconds then it'll disconnect and connect itself again. i've tried uninstalling the software then reinstalling and nothing. i used the device manager to uninstall and reinstall the driver but no luck. i've also ...

Hey there After two ZV:M (both had broken screens..) I bought an X-Fi 32gb earlier this year. After a few months the case cracked on the screen, so the screen is just fine but the clear plastic on it is cracked in two places now.
