Christmas Bonus For Merchandisers
Published (2009-12-20 13:42:00)
> Only if you could an email from one of my managers thanking us all for all of our hard work this year and wishing us a Merry Christmas. But nothing from any of the companies I work for. On the other hand I got a Christmas Card from the dealership I bought my car at several years ago (they always send one) and from our insurance agent.

> Great company great pay. On time etc. The only bad thing is they kept sending me package after package that belonged to others and other programs. I called emailed, called and still box, box, box. I spent most of the time with return lables and sending stuff back. My husband was starting to get ticked. We have a valet who takes in the packages for the building and they were not too thrilled. I would have liked more work but the routes...

Online Maps vs. GPS Comparison
Published (2009-12-15 05:35:00)
> I always print google maps to all the sites I will be visiting, plus I also carry a Road Atlas and a compass for directional purposes. The maps will say to head in a certain direction and I can't always tell what is East, West, etc, unless I knew what direction I was traveling in to begin with. I will always use the maps because I like to make notations on them but I finally bought a gps called "Maylong for Dummies" online...

Online Maps vs. GPS Comparison
Published (2009-12-15 11:11:00)
> God for you JuanitaJ. I travel from the Virginias to Boston, still using paper. I too print a google or mapquest, and use a road atlas. Works fine until I realized some hooligans rotated the street signs. Used a GPS once. It was fine until we hit road construction. It sent us all over Providence, RI. It would have been easier to exit the expressway and turn around.

I found them to be slightly rude and unorganized, they had called me about a job and said they would call when it was closer to the dates and give me more information. I never heard from them, so I assumed they had given it to someone else. I then received a call asking why I wasn't at the store! What store? Al explained, Tom is usually very organized and he was ...

There is a job posting on Narms in my area for this company. I'm not a big fan of selling, so I'm wondering just how much emphasis is put on the selling part of the job.

Sue, just reading all that makes me tired, lol. I don't even have 20 hours per week, I wish I could take some of that off your hands. It seems like you have a pretty good system though. I do use my yahoo calendar and file my work that needs to be done by date. I also have another that has paydates and how much they should be. I get paid every Friday from one or the ...

This is very strange as I know many people who did this project and we have all been paid. Either you did something incorrectly or this is just an isolated incident.

KimberA, I'm so sorry that you have to 'deal' with someone like that. If it is a company on this forum and you can contact someone else that works for them, perhaps you can email that someone. I check another forum, like this one, that we members talk about projects and other things, more like friends chatting.
