so i ended up contacting a friend that is a service manager here at a local dealership and he informed me that with the new inspection laws here in nova scotia any vehicle lifted or lowered more then 2 inches, will need to be approved my an engineer which totally blows. and apparently this is the provinces attempt to align the inspection laws with other provinces, which i think is total bullshit,...

pull all the drain plugs, if its cold out put a small heater in there some where safe. I have used a small forced air ceramic heater with good sucess. leave one window cracked a bit, Its going to take a while. make usre the heater is not going to melt anything or start a fire. steve
