From my testing and my research there is not a way to get read/write access to your Zimbra calendar through Google Calendar. If there is and you know of a way that works then I'm all ears. If by "exchange emulation" you mean funanbol then I don't know because I haven't tried that.

BTW, the new droid update pushed a few days ago did not fix the issue. waiting on 5.0.21 to test and make sure it works...

Hi, Can anyone tell me roughly what would be involved in creating an Android app based on the existing Zimbra mobile web client? The reason I ask is because since Android doesn't support CalDAV, there's no way to get Zimbra calendar notifications on Android if you're using the Open Source version. I have installed Funambol 8.0.2 on Linux (Ubuntu Server 8.04) with Funambol Zimbra Connector 0.6.02 and Zimbra Collaboration Suite 6.0.3. Mobile phones that have problems are: LG ku990i and LG GT505.
