I'm having the same issue. WinXP Pro SP3, ran through the whole thing in the thread, couldn't get the desktop to start.

I've been checking back regularly to see if problem resolved but no dice.... I wanted to move from using Outlook to Zimbra Desktop before I update my PC with Windows 7 (been using Windows XP Pro). Reluctantly migrated everything to gmail etc and am finding I like it pretty well. Bah Bye Zimbra... Never got to try you out but not going to put any more time into it... Bah Bye...

I have the same problem. I've tried from both a PC (Vista) and a MacBook (OS X), using webmail and using Zimbra Desktop, but can't get Zimbra to import my contacts, exported to a CSV file by Outlook. Same error each time: ZmCsfeException with no other explanation. Does anyone know what's going on? Matthew

What OS are you using? Can you try changing the permissions, and try again? chmod +x zdesktop_1_0_build_1537_linux_i686.sh ./zdesktop_1_0_build_1537_linux_i686.sh If this doesn't work, then run: sh -x ./zdesktop_1_0_build_1537_linux_i686.sh And lets see where it's failing.
