Try deleting the account and recreating to delete the old database which could be causing the reindex errors
The
tgz error could be caused by an older server rev. What versions are your two servers? There have been several fixes in the tar formatter to deal with inconsistent server state so I would recommend updating the server to the latest 5.0.16 release (5.0.15 should also be ok)

Hi,
I have had the same problem today.
This time I can say that the "forwarded" email that has not gone out (and made the account freeze) had already an attached email in it.
Remark: desktop did not send any error report.
Is this an issue?

Hello,
It used to work, but I certainly change something. So I deleted all the one in
Zimbra and tried to resync with yahoo with no use.
So now I have lost all my contacts on zimbra (but they are still in Yahoo and a few other places) and would like to have them back.

Could you provide the logs as described in the popup. You can find the logs in the
subdirectory log of the Zimbra Desktop installation directory.
