Went into the shop a few days ago to check the progress and the car was mostly painted. They still needed to paint the doors, hood, & hatch and reassemble the car. The last I heard she should be ready early next week. Here are some pics: The car looks kinda orangish in the pics but is actually an old Datsun color- 905 Red. She's getting new rims also:

i don't know what kind of feed back you are looking for but here a re a few of my oppinions: diff clunk is certainlly hard to fix. i'd just look for a new one liquid nail is going to make paint under there look terrible. i'd be ready to repaint if i took all that off. oil in the coolant and loss of coolant = blown head gasket. long job but low parts cost no choke cable: there should be ...

I have a 1977 280z 2+2. i can't seem to get it started. i've been cranking it by jumping the car. it turns over and acts like it wants to start. i have spark, air and fuel. When i take the spark plugs out they're very wet. I must be getting too much gas. Every so often it will start but i have to hold the pedal to the floor just to make it idle. When i let off it dies. If anyone has any ideas ...

i had to go bigger like always the fronts are 17x9 with -13 offset and the rears are 17x9.5 with -19 offset the are rota rbr. almost the same as mine just staggered and BIGGER not the best pics but im very excited. now just to buy 255 for the front and 275 for the rear...and some zg flares...im about to buy alot of goodies so ill keep yall updated. time to get serious. so pretty soon ...

I'm going to look at a '76 280 in a couple of weeks and I was wondering what to look for body wise. What are the problem areas? Are they the same as my S130 or do they have a different set of issues all their own? The car looks alright from the pics but we all know how misleading pics can be.
