If you are down south and can make the trip, I would go to the U of Tenn Vet School for LS surgery, as they are the leaders in this. LS is not a death sentence. If possible surgery is recommended and the outcome is pretty good!

I agree with Carol (Archie) - Beneful is a horrible food. Please do a little research and find a good quality food for your baby. You'll actually save money by feeding a better food because the cheap foods are nothing but filler so you have to feed more of it to keep the pup full. Also, you'll probably spend much less on vet bills over the years if you feed a healthy diet.
