Do you even read the answers you ask for? I've already answered this...twice. But they say 'third time is the charm'. So lets see if we get lucky.
Hendrick claimed that licensing and registration violated interstate commerce.
The court said it did not.

At no point does the court indicate that interstate or other commerce is the ONLY application of licensing and registration. ...
