i hope they're not designing the thing mainly for web browsing. or maybe what they mean to do is basically design an OS for server-based apps. Oracle had this idea a long time ago but it died when PCs became very cheap to buy. although at the time, we didn't have the kind of bandwidth we do now with our
internet connections.
