Hi there... I heard there was a news conference coming... and that this stock would go up... but in-fact it fell down... what was in the news? Can anyone please tell me? And should I buy this stock? If show then what would be a good price?

I believe there is slim hope on this company, even if they declare BK to get rid of the loans, the stock will still trade and may go up due to the loans not being due anymore..also they are looking for a big pharmy to get a partner...they have litigation to get back the "stolen" money...things are not as bad as the stock price is! She could go much higher.

When a firm admits it may be between continuing operations, bankrupcy, or buyout, there is usually a lot of play around these possibilities. The stock may run up and down a lot, putting it in a short trade position until the situation is resolved. It's pure risk. I think they will file bankrupcy and then be open to a buyout, but between these two actions, we will see a lot of play up...
