Where is it coming from for 2008? Further, what about 2009? We can assume positive MMD, and 15mm opt-in payment from
Ipsen, but that won't be enough considering what is on the agenda. Will the FOB partner finally be signed and cash received in time in 2009? Those of you that started to get updates over the last couple of days need to challenge the source(s). Quotes ...

Insm/TRCA story. Feel free to comment if anything unclear Insm lost a production patent case against trca/dna (with trca being the licensee from dna) on the a part of the production process of IGF1. (no such patent in europe due to retractment on prior art btw) Jury found in trca/dna's favour. Result was not a verdict though, but a settlement....

The others will handle the rest . Insmed will be somebodys old plant in the states. Think of it like an old GM plany producing cars. They can get it done but old methods cost more in the states
