I don't see many northbridge cooler reviews lately, but there is the
Swiftech MCX159-CU that's been coming back a while now. It's priced aroud
USD33 over at Newegg and most review state that it cools well.

Not sure if it fits your motherboard specifically. I'll try to do some more
research if you want

Out of those, the S-Flex are the ones I'd go with. I've run a few of them
in the past, and the dB:CFM ratio does seem pretty good. Might also look
into the low speed Yate Loons, possibly even undervolted. Cheap price, good
fans.

Look for a Noctua D14. It's the best air cooler you can get atm.

The TRUE and Mega are better. Also you can currently get that Noctua a bit cheaper at svc.com .
For the price (~$30), the Cooler Master Hyper 212 offers good cooling.

Looks like a YL knock-off to me...

Anyway,I've installed it as it was, it's the best I can do and I've managed to gain 2 or 3 degrees. I also got some more from changing the paste and applying some more pressure to the bracket. The system now runs about 5 degrees lower. So overall I'm happy but I wouldn't do it again that's for sure. If you're not sure you should start lapping and you know that you're lazy and disorganized ...

Ancillary graphs.
Again, no explanation....just there for those that want them. (though for the first graph...the San Ace is ~1:1 for reference)

As you have got them as intakes you could try putting some dust filters
between the mesh and fans, that will dampen the noise.
