nice leoy! pretty close to my results... nearly the same ambients and i needed just a hair more vcore to get 4.1 on air edit: also on win7 64bit

heres my score... although its not much of an overclock... just a normal test run... this is with 3 3870s in tri-fire and a phenom 9850 at 2956mhz my 3870s are basically at normal settings (800mhz/1180)

Thank you, have you tried the tool? Does cpufreq show the modified multis? I wrote an experimental kernel module a year ago and had to modify ACPI tables also to make cpufreq show the correct frequencies after modifying the multis.

change overclocking settings to manual by chance? also you have to type in the voltage on the M3A series rather than select from a drop list like other mobos.

wow, nice clocks. mine does 3.9 on the stock AMD X3 heatsink (95w chips), but wont unlock I don't think... What kind of "right settings" do you mean? you setting ACC manually?

I use the Baram and for the price I would say its the best air cooler I have used and I have used quite a few. With two fans on push pull it does its job quite well.....Also it works well with both high cfm and low cfm fans and therfore quiet fans will work well with it due to the fin spacing being quite large.

So I presume you have no issues with the chip being "stock"(locked as X2)? It could be a chip problem,they don't lock them for fun but for a reason . It would be good if you could try it in some other board and see if it isn't your BIOS or ACC issue.
