Flanker compare XP to Xp not vista or win7 when comparing cpu score

Did AMD learn anything from Phenom 1. Is there a chance Bulldozer will have low performance like Phenom 1 did or has AMD learnt their lesson.......what kind of info has been trickling down about this next cpu?
