Shocking to see so many adverts on tv atm, must of cost millions, when theres a tonne of customers on this forum with broken, faulty 360s who are being ignored, me included. You should ask for someone higher up when calling Xbox support to see if you can get any sort of compensation. I know of a few people who get Xbox LIVE and/or games. I've been through 3 myself and I think this 4th one is going to RROD pretty soon so I understand how fustrating it can be.

Unfortunately, it's too late now to do some big major fix.
