You know I kind of question that also, sometimes it plays from my HD then sometimes not. I think if you install it and then from then on out it plays from the HD. Just try it once or twice, I also would suggest not having your games one "Auto Start", that was what seemed to be the issue for me. Once I took that off, I would put the game in and play it and....quiet. Salem's Lot desynch's Minion #000001

Having more than one setting enabled such as DMZ and portfowarding won't open your NAT but will cause more issues. Disable both DMZ and portfowarding and only have UPnP enabled. BTG

Indeed, however that option is currently not possible. Not to worry, my friend is offering me a refund, seeing as it works fine on his console (O.o).? But if possible, I would like to get it working on my 360.? That would save me having to buy MW2! Can someone help me out please?

It's a Motorola, but I'm not sure if it's a router, it worked just fine before I left 5 months ago, and now it's a complete mess. I have no idea who to call for this.

Sometimes it takes a little while for your newest gamerpic taken (with your avatar) to sync up with xbox.com. However, If you would like to save the image of your latest gamerpic taken with your avatar without having to wait, you can go to the ' Edit Profile' section under 'My Xbox', scroll down to about half way and you should see the latest one picture you've taken there. 'Right click' that ...

Satellite broadband will always have terrible latency issues, this is due to the fact that your data has to be sent several thousand miles up to a Satellite and then several thousands back miles down. Its ok for browsing the web (where latency isn't such an issue) and downloading data, but online gaming is a no no. You can connect with a USB modem over a 3G network, however its not as simple ...

You don't need to remove anything, aswell as stick anything into the console, as this is considered tampering and will void your warranty. Press the sync button on the console, as seen here . When the lights on the console start flashing, press and hold the sync button on your controller . After a few seconds, the controller will be synced to the console. I also found this from ...

I had the same problem when I put this profile on a Memory Unit, and it was corrupted. What you will need to do is delete the profile from your hard drive, then recover it from Live. If the saved games are also corupted, you will need to delete them also, unfortunately. I was kinda lucky because it was only the games on my MU that were corupted, not the games on my hard drive.

Xbox 360's don't support Iphones, since Ipod touches are so similar to Iphones, it might not support them If you haven't tried already, try downloading a file called "optional media update" to your Xbox Click here if your feeling lazy

Sounds exactly like what my first Xbox did a fair amount of times before displaying the infamous three red lights.
Not sure what to tell you other than to be prepared to see three red lights and send it away for a repair soon (probably within the next few days).

What's the make and model of your router? Concerning the troubleshooting you have done, particularly UPnP, did you have any other settings enabled such as portfowarding or DMZ?

I put a game into my Xbox 360 and it begins to "read". However, this takes an exceptionally long time, and once done, it acts as if there is no disc in the tray. This only happens with CoD4. Does this mean the disc is damaged? If so, I can resurface it. Or is there a simple fix? It happened before with Fifa 09 but that problem corrected itself Cheers!
Can someone help me out ...

Contact support. I had the same exact problem and had to send it in for service. In my case, they (Microsoft) replaced the disc drive. Hopefully you are still under warranty.
