The others pretty much covered the first questions. I would add, that you make a minimum of one save per level. This will help if you need to go back a save, better to go back one level as opposed to 4 or? 5 levels. Do not count on auto saves. They can become corrupt. Save before speech challenges, terminal hacking and lock pick. You never lose a speech challenge, get locked out of a terminal or break a bobby pin. When the game starts to get...

The Prima guides are one thing as they are very useful and don't give you the exact location of that one surgical cord. I wouldn't say I've ever felt like I wasn't having fun simply because I check things on the wiki from time to time. Honestly, do you, or have you, never looked...

The PC GotY sells for $25 now, at some stores. [I was in] last stand and he went to teabag me thinking I was dead. I then knifed him in the taint.

ha, yea. See that's exactly happened with me. (except for the dusty part). Now that I realized Fallout 3 is a game where you do what you want, anythings possible. They give you so many options to choose from. The quests are exciting as well. Right now I'm doing the quests(s) for the Survival Guide. Dude this lady has no idea what the hell she's doing. No wander why she's sending me to do all the work, she'd end up...

Thanks peeps for you help. Yeah, I thought I could do it, as got Alien Archivist no worries cos its just linear corridors, but Pitt is very open compared. Like I said I found well over half myself, just not sure where the rest of them are hiding. I'll give it a try in few minutes and see if I can hunt them ingots down!! ?CHEERS!!! There are no mounts or drivable vehicles in Fallout 3. The only way to get something like that is through mods on the PC version.

1. Yes they all have achievements. 2. I would start with Broken Steel, just make sure you're close to beating it. Since it changes the ending of the game. 3.Yes, I would. Broken Steel raises the level cap, and like I said changes the ending.

I have to admit Fallout 3 is confusing. One thing that got me is the waiting feature, instead of having to go through the game at night and having it in darkness, press the back button to wait for however hours you want. Now about figuring out where to go, I think on the bottom left part of the screen there is sort of a mini map and there should be a quest marker. If you don't think you've ...

I found the vault to be a pretty convoluted place. I remember going through a flooded reactor room to get near the area with the violin. I didn't need any key to get at it (at least, that I recall). It was in a music classroom with a bunch of stands for sheet music. Don't forget to go to the living quarters, and into the male dorm bathroom, to get the sheet music book. Agatha will want this ...

You can travel back once you leave. You're weapon layout seems pretty good, but if you're looking to loot a lot don't bring your power armor. However, the power armor does make PL a bit easier, because I found it to be much more challenging than The Pitt and Operation Anchorage.
