So long as you verify you formatted the drive properly before you start loading data on, either will "work". A smaller cluster size allows you to cram slightly more stuff on the drive, but obviously it's easier to organise your stuff on one large partition rather then two small ones. It's entirely up to personal taste at the end of the day.

Nice man...I'm actually trying to do this same thing only not with a TB! wow. I've got half a TB I want to put in my xbox. I've looked at a few of these converters (do they fit in the xbox). I see that there is a Spanish version of the tutorial and a Spanish version of the tool as well with the addition of spanish.lzm I don't understand Spanish but Google Translate helped to make sense of the contents. Encouraging to see that there are non-English users of this tool
