Thanks. I have about 1,000 miles on it now and am warming up to it. Plusses: - Slit screen options. Handy for monitoring two/three channels. Take it or leave it: - Color screen and graphics. The graphics are a little distracting and I could do without them. I got a good deal on this vs. the standard RC but I wouldn't feel good about paying extra for the options offered by the RCi model. Minusses: - The fonts are WAY TOO SMALL I listed my...

I know that the Audiovox XCS9 had an Aux In on its cradle, so I was wondering if it was possible to add an AUX in to another car cradle. I currently use the XpressRC wired to an FM modulator. Anyone know if there is such an accessory or if it is possible? Thanks!

if it has the up-level radio like mine, yes you can. Is there a little black nub on the roof above the windshield? That's the antena. You might look behind the carpet on the wall of the passenger side of the trunk. That's were mine is, may not be plugged in.

Definite problem with your setup, not XM. You said yourself, "My dad has XM in his car which was factory installed and it sounds great" so don't blame XM. If the "Specialists" are truly a "very good" company, they'll notice immediately that there is a problem, and correct it.

As far as the XM button being used to switch to the pnp, I'd say no. It will either work through the FM modulator or with a cable through the AUX setting. On the antenna thing: you'd have to have a custom wire built for the antenna. The OEMs have a proprietary end clip that won't attach to the pnp. There's a guy on another site who builds them. He's researching a Hyundai cable ...
