If you haven't noticed, BPM as a channel, and basically the whole Sirius XM service repeats the same songs over and over, so why would Addiction be any different? Their whole mentality is to repeat songs that you're familiar with, if Armando played a bunch of different unknown tracks everytime, the show probably wouldn't have done as well as it was doing. It was great that we were getting so many live DJ mixes, but being a DJ...

Unfortunately not all of us have the ability to listen to XM all day. I get to hear it for an hour in the morning and an hour at night while driving to and from work. I have nothing against DJ Armando, but will I miss Addiction? Not really. Sure, there were some good sets, but his sets usually consisted of the same songs all week but rearranged in a different order each day. I haven't noticed a HUGE difference in what they're playing...

Why not just daypart the channel and play all the Area music during the daytime, mixshows at their scheduled times and just air Trance in the format of The System during the afterhours 7 days a week? Say 12am to 6am? I think more people would enjoy that then nothing at all. You get everything in one channel without compromising. I remember when Vortex, Sirius' old Trance channel was axed ...
