I'm posting this for a good friend. A little background.... Mary is legally blind, and has genetic diabetes, which has been controlled by diet for many, many years. She did take a pill, but has never been on injected insulin. About 3 months ago, her husband (also a diabetic and in very poor health) fell and had to be placed in a Nursing home. Since that time, she started suffering from a rash that makes small sores that scab over. This...

crohn's misdiagnosis

Hi, I was diagnosed with crohn's, but I found a way to make it go away on command. I don't know if I was diagnosed properly or not, but I am wondering if other people experience the same result that I have when they use the solution I used. They recommended that I limit my diet when this first happened. That didn't do much obviously, and I bet anyone who does it just gets worse. Then I realized that I was only eating about 1,000...

I'm so glad I came across your posting. I just went off the Nuvaring last month and I have the same symptoms you do. Sore/painful nipples, cramping, really light bleeding. I was excited because I thought I might be pregnant, but hpt came back negative. I'm really disappointed. I wish they would list the possible symptoms from stopping using the ring in the information pamphlet that comes ...

I am a special education teacher. It would be really difficult to diagnose a 2 year old with autism. I would want to rule out other conditions and wait and see before placing a label on him like that. Phoey on that doctor. You have two other specialists who say the child is not. What I want to tell you to do it to have his hearing evaluated with a dopler device and see the results. I would also ...

Hello,
I was doing a diagnosis of herpes search and ran across your story. I too think I was misdiagonised aswell. I was 15 and had a boyfriend that I was sexually active with and when I had an outbreak of awful, painful sores on and in my vagina I was taken to a doctor and immediately told that I had genital herpes and given the same medication as you. Unfortunately I was living with my aunt ...

It is probably not the food you eat that causes the panic attacks, eating is just a trigger for this mind body reaction. Your whole fear response system seems to be on high alert just waiting for the next trigger to launch another attack. You have to look into the circumstances when the first panic attack started and get some help looking into the emotional part of this. Even though you declare...

If your sores are caused by a vitamin or mineral deficiency, supplements of vitamins C and B complex, as well as folic acid, iron, and zinc, may help.
Several studies have found a high incidence of iron and B vitamin deficiency among people with recurrent mouth ulcers. Supplementing with B vitamins-300 mg vitamin B1, 20 mg vitamin B2, and 150 mg vitamin B6-has been ...

Hi,
Vaginal secretions can change throughout the month. About the middle of the month the secretions can become more like egg white as you near the time you ovulate. Other times it can be very thick.
I had problems like this for years..I had a cervical erosion and that caused a lot of itching because of the increased secretions. I would also cut back on sugar. I am pretty certain that ...
