Hello all I'm 20 a year old male who does not smoke or drink. The last two years I have been feeling terrible and almost to the point of not living. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed my arms and legs have a tingling sensation and I have a need to eat every 2-3 hours. If I do not eat I feel terrible anxious and irritable, almost to the point of passing out. On top of that I cannot gain any weight at all, no matter how much I...

All of my problems started after an unrelated ailment back in August of this year. Here's the blow-by-blow: (I'm a 35 year old female, normal weight, no other health problems) August 16 my breast felt very tender and when I pressed on it, noticed a palm sized lump that hadn't been there the day before. I felt feverish and went to bed hoping that I'd wake up and it would be gone. It wasn't. I saw my GP that day and was...

I have bee reading about this on other site . Many of them said that this can be related with foods that you eat. And there were different kinds of cases with different kind of foods. When I have stomach problems it is usually with food difficulties. I try to rest as much as I can. It helps me a lot. Did anybody here had similar problem?

you never mentioned if any test were done on the problem that your having, but I would suggest you mention these symptoms to your physician so he can come up with the correct diagnosis. It could be a number of things, like gallstones or ulcer. Your best bet would be to go see your doctor.

Many restaurants use MSG in there foods. You could be having a reaction to that. I respond the same way. Try going to a restaurant that you know is MSG free and see if you get the same reaction.

it's interesting, I'm having the same symptoms!
I just completed a battery of test to check my pancreious, gallbadder, kidneys and liver. All test results came back negative. I'm still having the pains and I don't have any idea what's causing them.
My Dr. gave me Prevacid and siad it probably won't help but it's worth a try. I think my doctor is guessing at this point.

I'm very sympathetic to your predicament; I'm a 40 year old male in good physical shape who has been suffering from similar issues for over a month. I wake up with gas throughout my digestive tract and have it off and on most of the day. Like you, no elimination issues. I also have belching/chest pressure issues, some mostly mild, infrequent upper abdominal pain and sporadic, mild, seemingly ...

I get a sharp pain in my upper right side just below my ribcage a lot too. It actually travels around my side to my middle back on the right side. At the time it happens I can't take a deep breath or move around much as it makes the pain much more intense. I have had many tests ran, yet no reason is ever to be found. I also work with 2 other females who have had the same problems and also had...

Hi,
I had similiar issues. Ended up being my gallbladder. I have stones. I am also a bit lactose intolerant. Since being diagnosed I have changed my eating habits...hard to do...to 6 small meals a day. I stay away from greasy, fatty food, fast food. My pain has completely gone away. Maybe you could ask for an adominal ultrasound. They look at 8 organs. Being you have had other tests ...

I have had a chronic sore throat, plus severe fatigue, weak legs, constant runny nose, and many other symptoms, since I caught a throat virus. I have an idea that this could be Epstein-Barr virus.

Of course there's two sides to this story. Doctors had 10 years from the outbreak of symptoms until I diagnosed myself and went gluten-free. I could feel the effects of the new diet before I could even get an appointment with my PCP. Personally, I felt like I was close to death and I'm not sure what permanent damage may have been done if I had waited. Honestly, this time last year, I didn't ...
