high stamina is only really needed in raids where bosses hit for massive amounts with one hit. Even high health in raids is useless unless your avoidance stats just aren't up to par with it. basically below Ulduar/onyxia totc. Get avoidance or block stuff up. in heroics where the damage is low and continual you really are better off with a person with decent health/avoidance combo. Nothing more is needed
