If you can't get passive healing and druid HoTs somehow aren't enough, keeping ProM up will help with raid, but realize that leeching swarm won't actually kill anyone until they get really low (like less than 5%, and even then you still have a few seconds), so play around with how comfortable you feel and how good your reaction time for PCs is.

Eh, that was pretty big and was one of the only real spec specific news (for the most part). I figured since it was @ Blizzcon and featured with the whole Cata announcement and on the front page of MMO and on Shadowpriest.com and on ElitistJerks.com and on the Priest forums that everyone had seen the news.

Eh, if you need regen go with the 21 int mana proc meta. On the cloak enchant, i dont know because im not a tailor and thus never cared to learn which was better. Someone else will have to answer.

A healing hunter?
Searing Light? I'm not holy but I don't think that helps you heal - at all. You need Disc down to Meditation to regen while you heal. Spirit Tap helps you for leveling but you'll rarely if ever get the killing blow in instances.
Carry potions, use all your regen abilities - Shadowfiend, Hymn of Something, stop casting if they don't need the heal. Your renew is probably...

When I leveled around that area all I really did was cast my opener and wand, using mana solely for healing. It's a bit slow but the only way I know of to avoid drinking, even with Spirit Tap around, at those levels.
