Hola luchinka. A esto lo llamaría "scene transition" en general, pero el salto a una escena posterior puede llamarse "an ellipsis" en la narración. Espera otras sugerencias.

Have you any idea what is meant by 'Envolvente de Momentos'? It is the title given to a graph called 'centro de gravedad dentro del momento'. Centro de gravedad I have interpreted as being the 'vertcal axis'.

Momento can be translated as torque or simply, moment or moment of force . The arm is the Moment arm as I understood can be translated as "axis". See here
