You would only need to pay 2 mana.
When u pay the 2 mana you get a +1/+1 counter for EACH life you gained.

The last extra turn to be created will happen first. First the copy will resolve, then the original. So the controller of the original will get the turn first, followed by the controller of the
Twincast .

As long as the card has the normal Magic backing, white/black border and does not have squared edges, then it should be legal to play in whatever format that includes a set that it's in print in.

The Pro-White Creature (Magic does not have "monsters") can not be Blocked by White Creatures.
It does not matter whether or not the White Creature has Pro-Red.
The 1/1 is dealt 9 damage; Sources of Damage do not "pull their punches".
The Card is White, because it has a
White Mana Symbol in its Mana Cost.
We're not sure what you're asking...

1: The shields will accumulate on top of one another, and each time a destruction event is replaced it will use up only one of the shields.
2: Again you may activate the ability as many times
as you wish, and the abilities will accumulate. A single creature could end up with two, three, or a dozen instances of "This creature can't attack or block unless its controller pays 1 for each Cleric ...
