Consumer Reports further whacks AT&T by rating it last among the four
major carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T).
Verizon came in consistently "much better than average" or "better than
average". T-Mobile did surprisingly well as #2.
The best that AT&T could do was "average", but generally was "worse than
average" or even "much worse than average".
