I have had att for the last 2 years. I have the htc Tilt phone. I do not have internet access with my phone. As a mater of fact I have it blocked on my account. I went to upgrade my phone to the HTC Pure and was told I have to get a data plan for $30 per month extra. The problem is I dont want a data plan and never use it.
