Thank you for the updated and somewhat corrected fleet data. Helped me to update my personal ledger for keeping track of what's available in 1:400, and what has yet to be produced. The excerpt from my ledger attached below shows the updated list of Surinam's fleet for the 80's, 90's and 09 onward.

Just picked this little beauty up and the wheels don't look as large on the model,but i do agree with you Doc something this size does not need rolling wheel's...Maybe something like the Shorts 360.

It depends how the wheels are made. Phoenix is great, no problems so far. But if they are made like e.g. ************ I do not like them because they often go lost and fixing them back - after a long search on the floor - is quite difficult.

American Eagle would great. There is a lot of old AE Shorts sitting in storage at KABI Abilene, Texas. I always liked how those flying box car's looked.

Another great beauity, the way the detailing is done on this, even on the craftsmanship on it could almost get me to think that this is a diecast or plastic model! Those guys in the that factory in the Phillipenes certainly have some very admirable skills!

It depends how the wheels are made. Phoenix is great, no problems so far. But if they are made like e.g. ************ I do not like them because they often go lost and fixing them back - after a long search on the floor - is quite difficult.
