The purpose of this thread is to point out there have been major changes to PGC's website. Many of our more recent wildlife forum threads relied upon links to information provided by PGC and these URLs are no longer valid. A number of these threads were started by me and the links were in the opening post. I may be able to substitute new URLs for the original pages still in use. If that's not possible, PGC's new home page...

Double D --- Go look up "Crows" in Wikipedia or other srouces. Crows are considered to be more effective tool-builders than chimpanzees, may have an actual "language" and recognize different human faces. Forget the old girlfriend and read a little avian science. TW

I use an ice pick but other people don't like it when I stop by a shelter in the middle of the night ...just to kill mice for the fun of it. The ice pick, of course, is quiet but the hoo ha's can get noisy. It really pisses off the shelter dwellers when I call for a high five after a good nights hunting. Like dog biscuits...mice are best with beer.

Human activity created the abundance of mice at some shelters. Trapping can be looked at as reducing the human impact and leaving LESS of a trace.
