How are you doing with it?? So far, so good! ? Do you have strategies to avoid gaining weight during the holidays? I've been planning EVERY meal/snack in advance, and that's what I'll continue to do so I can avoid any pitfalls.? Thanks for the heads-up, Caroline! I had checked the Fiber One bars some time back, so I knew their points. I have an unopened box of the peanut butter bars with "3 POINTS" written across it in black Sharpie! ;) I bought them and then realized that they are higher points than the others flavors. You mentioned Laughing Cow cheese. I have been wanting to try this, but my Shop Rite does not seem to carry it. I will have to try...

Hi and first, CONGRATS on starting your journey off with a nice weight loss! Does the restraunt have a website? A lot of places will have nutrition info on their website. You could also just make some substitutions like whole wheat pasta instead of white, tomato based sauce instead of cream based.

Just a question, have you tried any WW recipies? They have some really good ones. I have a couple ww cookbooks and I get tons of them on line. The whole family enjoys them. It's pretty much all I cook from anymore.
