( Welcome Mendy!!! Congratulations on your weight loss!! I love to meet first time posters. I hope you become a regular!!!! Stalls come and go and sometimes it's just your body resting and adjusting to the losses. Usually during that time I lose a lot of inches so I'm glad to see that you have been taking your measurements. If you want to try and break the stall, I would increae your protein drinks and cut back on the carbs...

( I think its great you can help your kids out by letting them live with you. It will definitely give them a step up when they do move out. Its funny with the vitamins, I was in such a routine, then I go out of town for work for awhile and my routine is GONE. That's one reason why I'm trying to make it easier - fewer pills to take and the chewables and sublinguals are easier \(mentally\) for me to take. With the canisters,...

( Melissa: I have one of Chef Daves cookbooks and have made a few recipes. I also cooked turkey his way for Thanksgiving. Even my husband likes what I have made from those cookbooks. My pouch doesn't tolerate breads very well--which is probably a good thing for me--but I seem to be able to eat most everything else, just smaller portions. I waited on salad till about 6 months out. I was really afraid of it; however, had no...

( www.Vitalady.com has tender iron they can be swallowed or chewed. I take 6 a day with a chewable vitamin c in the morning 2 hours before I take anything else or drink coffee or dairy \(Iron is picky and does not work well with other vitamins and dairy, but does great with citrus.
I am not sure what the cost is I know there really not that expensive and have not ever bothered my stomach...

( Yes I did. Day 10 of compliance, matter of fact, and yes I am counting. I've been having some issues lately putting everything and everyone but me first and had gotten off track. But sister I am back and thank goodness for my Celebrate Vitamins. BTW do you carry them on your site? I've always ordered directly from their site but would be happy to send some business your way. \(Am I ...

By day 3 or 4, I promise it gets better. Your body switches gears, you'll be in ketosis and you'll be OK. Not only does it shrink your liver, but it puts you through the agony of carb withdrawal before surgery, making post-op recovery easier, I promise, I wouldn't make it up!
Just keep drinking all day long, not just your protein, but all your clears, whatever you are ...

( It's your choice. Lots of people are in the closet, lots are out. I was initially out with a few, then someone leaked it at work \(so if you tell one, be prepared for everyone to know, somehow!\)........so I was out all through the company eventually.

( I'm so glad you checked in, Danielle. I've been worried, as we all have. Get that thrush taken care of and things will start tasting a little better...not much though due to the ketosis and you burning fat right now. Hang in there and worry about staying hydrated more than the protein right now.
