( Linda, I am so glad you posted. I was actually thinking about you alot over the holidays and with February approaching. I hope you know how much you mean to all of us. You are a very dear part of our OH family. Watching you hurt and suffer thru this, hurts us for you. I hope you turn to us any time you need us. I know you can make it thru.... Maggie is watching over you and she is so proud of all that you have accomplished this...

Practice keeping your protien right next to you and sipping all day long!!! Your ability to keep fluids going in will be your best friend. If you havent yet start taking the biotin... I helped me keep my hair. Remember just to do your best at first.. it will all fall into place for you... dont stress it and ENJOY LIFE!! Linda Kay

Congrats. I know you feel its slow but I am super proud of you (sad I know I dont even know you...anywho) you will get there, winter time seems to add weight, the stress and the comfort foods. you can and will make it to the 100 mark!

( It usually depends on the insurance. If a company is self-insured, they often have the right to opt out of those types of rules. The company might be self-insured, and still be administered through a third party. The other possibility might be that they cover wls, but not lap band. I have heard of insurances picking and choosing which ones they will cover. ,)

Thanks for the insight into the whole Dr. C deal. I was not sure what to do. I haven't seen her just yet since Gupta left and I was lost. I still am not sure what to think. I hear she is an awesome doc but I want to get established with someone that will be there the next time I go back. ughhh... I miss Dr. Gupta so much....
