Yes, the olive oil is for cooking the onion in. As for my back, I think it's just tight, it kind of bothered me on Monday, but not too much to stop. I think I need to stretch good tonight. My entire back is really tight, I could use a good massage!

Susan, do you have a foam roller? Those really help. It is as good as massage, except way cheaper. :) I am thinking you may be gone by now, hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving!! Travel safely.

Congrats on your TT too Cim! I am so happy to be a member of this club now, I can't tell you. It doesn't hurt having my entirely new outfit on for dinner tonight--all from the regular section of the store, and dayumned good looking, if I say so myself :). Off for the city now, with more positive feedback sure to extend the happiness of the day. Plus, my SIL is a pretty good cook, and will likely give me the carcass to bring...

Finished Body Sculpt for just under 200 calories! It seemed harder than that! But it's all sculpting - no cardio...I guess I'll just have to get my cardio in stacking wood. Off to do that now. Have a fun holiday!

I've planned for a day off tomorrow - both exercise & eating. If I feel like it, I can always go for a walk or run at some point, but tomorrow is all about spending the day with family. And, I can't wait for the food!

Workouts and Eating
Published (2009-11-25 21:57:00)
You definitely need to eat more if you're working out that much. I usually eat all my WP's for the week. Try to get in some more protein and don't forget the healthy fats/oils. Ever since I started putting olive oil in my oatmeal in the morning, I've been able to limit snacking between breakfast and lunch. I used to get really hungry before lunch, but now I'm just ready for lunch at noon.

If you ask me....regardless of the price, what did you think of the commercial? I thought it degraded women, women's bodies, and was completely sexist and misogynistic in nature! Ick! LOVE the idea of the shoes....not so crazy about the media message behind it ;)

If you are sedentary. I would go for wii fit. Active is pretty intense. I highly recommend it to others. But it is not for a beginner at all. Start slow and do what you can.

Good Morning Sweaters! Happy Thanksgiving! I have so much to be thankful for I don't know where to start- We all do, it's just looking for those things in the right places and not dwelling on what we are missing or wanting. Not talking physical stuff either - though I am very thankful we have a roof over our head, employment, and am able to buy that...

Oh, I forgot, my dinner last night turned out so good! It's definitely my best creation to date in the crockpot. I hardly needed any parmesean cheese either. Here's the rough recipe...it made 2 avg sized servings. They weren't huge, about 5oz raw chicken per serving. It was a little on the sweet side because of the splenda, but I liked that. 10 ...

Yes! It is Tuesday before Thanksgiving. (Frosty, go buy the turkey, bring it in to the house!) Terrific today: I will be thankful for my blessings, starting with my dear, dear Sweater-friends. I will treat my body as if it is the one and only one I have. (Oh, wait, it is!) I will have patience with my DK's. 13 is, after all, 13. I will remember...
