10/0 Good morning everyone, I am hoping to get in some AP's by using my mom's treadmill this TG weekend. I have set my goal at lower AP's because of being out of town! Thanks, Carley. I'm at the airport now. Left early expecting heavy traffic and long security lines. It was smooth sailing all the way; now I have time to get some work done. While everyone else around me is eating sodium-laden, fatty airport food, I had a chicken salad (lettuce with a few slices of dry chicken). Oh well, I'll save the points for something I really want. Cheers.

WAHOOO I completed the turkey trot! Total steps for the day24K! wow my legs are tired! I just looked up my results, and I did it in 1hr 31 min, a 14.40 min mile! I am impressed w myself, bc that includes a time out to remove a 2nd pair of pants that was falling off of me! DD3 said I dragged her along. She has some photos on face book.
