I shouldn't come out differently. It's a glitch in the system. You'd think WW would fix that already.

Maybe they finally fixed it. It has been years since I tested it the same way you did, and it was goofed up. I store my recipes in Mastercook and use the NI from that. If I ever drop my paid WW subscription, the recipes go poof.

finished drinking about an hour after that last post. Slept through dinner in the hammock - apparently they made significant noise and I didn't notice. Was asleep (aka passed out) for ~ 5 hours. BTW - they are 3 hours ahead of eastern standard time right now. Just so you don't think I make it my practice to tie one in before lunchtime....

It really depends on what you're doing. Walking? Every day is fine. Heavy duty lifting and cardio? You'd probably be doing yourself a favor to have a rest day. With weights, you want to rest your muscle groups, i.e. don't do legs 3 days in a row. You're muscles need time to recover.

GM Johnson -- What type of fattening foods? Are they something that you could work in in moderation @ different times? I've learned that total deprivation is the worst for me. I took her after work Friday to get scanned for a microchip and there isn't one. I posted an ad on Craig's List on Friday and an ad started running in the paper yesterday. One woman e-mailed from CL, but it's a different dog (I hope she finds hers!). Even the vet tech said, "Congratulations on your new dog." lol So, I'm going to wait a week or ...

Uggh. I have had quite a few of those days lately. Change in weather= change in mood I believe. I know that is a contributing factor. Winter is here and it is easier to stay inside and eat comfort foods. I've gained almost 10 pounds since summer when I was outdoors most days. I feel awful and definitely don't have as much energy. Need encouragement!

I find on those days that I'm better off giving in and taking a 1/2 hour nap. After that I feel much more energized and I can actually accomplish things. If I try to push though it I end up wasting all sorts of time.

My buddy (and teammate) Rob joined me here. He wasn’t feeling well. As I headed off, I modified my strategy to walk the last .07 of every mile. That worked out to a minute or more. My running pace was probably a bit too quick, as I was averaging things like 9:40 during this stretch, even with the walking. At 31 Rob called it. He said he was done. ...

Personally, I would probably build the normal moving around and carrying baby into my daily target via the activity level on the Points quiz. An extra, actual walk? I'd just count it as whatever the walk calculates for you with your weight and intensity.
