Happy Thanksgiving! ;-) Got 2 hours of sleep since yesterday morning! DH ended up in ER about 1 am left there 7 am ~ cluster headaches again this time heart acted up worse than normal, boy was he white!! Scare the begoodness out of me! he is ok now, sleeping, morphine shot and some other good drugs for the pain. Will do dinner today but later on 6ish or so.... Have a great day!

It's funny because I hardly ever do roasted veggies. I always just eat mine raw or steam them. I'm flaving mine with thyme and rosemary so I'm excited about that little extra flare. Usually I stick with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for my flavors. Plus the thyme and rosemary are straight off the plant. Thanks to a grow light in my classroom I got to have fresh herbs all year long! A tiny little benefit of being an elementary...

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving!!! Sorry to get such a late start this morning. I wanted to get my walk/jog in before the eating begins! LOL I started week 1 day 1 of Couch Potato to 5k again. I thought it might be easy since I've sort of been jogging off and on since summer. Not so much!! It was definitely still a workout. But glad to be back to some structure. Happy Thanksgiving to all! We went for an hour's walk this morning, got 2.4 miles on my pedometer. I plan to go out for another hour's walk this afternoon, too. We are having a turkey dinner for just the two of us later today. We have the traditional family feast, with relatives, here on Saturday. My wife Chris is serving duck! Hello, Laura, oh my, what a lot of food for 7 people. Did you take home a bunch of leftovers? Maureen, I don't think I've ever seen an 8 lb turkey. We had way too much food at Pete's sister's house too. I think there were 14 adults and 4 kids, it was a fun day. We may head over to some friend's here in town for a drink. Good morning!!
I can't believe its Friday already. This week went by fast for me. Well I haven't heard from my cousin yet so I think I may go get some Xmas shopping done. Also want to start on laundry and cleaning. I'm supposed to go to a chili cook-off tomorrow. Hope the weather is nice. I think they hold it in their garage.

Happy Monday. I got my 30 minute treadmill workout in. I'm going to try and do that every day except Thurs this week. We'll be getting up early and driving to BG on Thurs so that one is doubtful. Not sure what day I'll WI yet.
