Thanks Rose, I hope he comes home although I really don't want to put him back in the hutch, love having him free to roam the yard, guess at this point he would like to venture out into the "big" world. Rose they are now all sitting in my living room, Matthew is w/them, can't get in much trouble that way, I hope - lol. Just went in and offered them a ride home and said this was their last chance cause I was going...

Oh my, hoping that Megan and Sam both get back inside safely, LOL! Sure hope that Sam doesn't run into trouble out there (and Megan too!). Well, Jamie is back home at her place, no word yet from Michelle...expected her to be back home already. Hope this is a very productive meeting she's having! Maybe the broker had something to show her? Thinking about dinner which we can grab fast when she gets home. Then she and I have to make...

Evening! Sue, sounds like you have every right to be proud!! Susan, I just had a lazy day. Pretty nice temps today (64). I guess I'll have to clean tomorrow. This time change is really bothering me this year! Both DH & I just seem to be dragging. Maybe it is the getting darker earlier? Have a great night all!

If you don't know the NI for a food, I use a site such as Calorie King or The Daily Plate to find the info. I especially like Calorie King because you can change the serving size.

CHEERS - OMGOODNESS ROSE....I was not having fun, Sam dug a hole out of the backyard, through Clyde's yard into his backyard neighbors. Matthew and I trudged around the block and I carried Sam back, handed him to Megan (she has two suitors in the backyard) while I prepped the cage to put Sam back in and Megan let him go - sigh. Kidlets chased him...

Have you tried Junonia? It is an online company that specializes in sports wear for larger sizes. I think you will find what you are looking for. Maybe a little more pricey than some large-size places, but excellent quality, I love their bathing suits--great for water aerobics.

I'm not sure if you mean you are counting the olives as your 2 tsp. healthy oil requirement or just that you're getting additional healthy oil by eating the olives. It's definitely a good way to get additional oil in. The olives ...

One of my favorites right now is a whole wheat english muffin with 1/4 avocado, sliced tomato, a slice of lf swiss cheese, and salt & pepper. I buy the english muffins and frozen avocado halves at Trader Joes. I sometimes ...

I had a flatout pizza for lunch today, and will do the same for the rest of the week. I prepped these at home last night to be microwaved for lunches during the week. Take a flatout wrap (I like the Light Italian Herb) and spray it with a bit of olive oil flavored cooking spray and then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Toast in a toaster oven or ...
