I Bodybugg/Go Fit Wear do you?...

Jen: pants = 10 or 12 (esp if Petite) tops = M or L (depending on style or if to be worn over or under something else, still XL in American Apparel, almost L though ; ) Jacket = M sometimes I prefer L for sweaters or whatever, kwim? I started at 24W in pants and 3x in shirts... What about YOU as you weigh less AND you are taller... size 8 still or nearly 6?

FloZ--thanks for posting so early! It was a little lonely yesterday on the board. But I know most folks are quite busy with family. I did home chores yesterday and went out to a play put on by a dozen middle schoolers last night. It was the end of a three-week exploratory program the kids got to do, a lineup that included quilting, cooking, ceramics, web design, archery, and native crafts as well. Kids did a great job. It sure would be great...

Hey Again, Well, I got through most of the day without too much damage. I am feeling icky from the junk I ate this am. Thank goodness I got to the gym to cancel some of it out. I have an appt with my trainer at 9am tomorrow, hopefully that will help me get back on track. Gretchen - what size are you wearing now?

I wear mine on the back of my arm. It's mor comfortable that way. I hardly notice it. I don't know about calorie burn or anything, because I've always worn mine that way.

Great news! I'm a Costco member and have been thinking of upgrading from my BodyBugg v 2 to the new BodyBugg v3. Since my current subscription runds out in January, this is timely news! However, I also want to check out the new GoWear Fit option called BodyMedia Fit 3. Same company, but a new set of software (I think).

Carli – It sounds like you have a great plan to get in the workouts. Leslie – It took me a while to get used to the morning workouts. I go to bed early or it isn’t pretty in the morning. You do a great job at working out in the evening. I finally did my upper body strength training this morning for 287 calories. My favorite spin class of the week is tomorrow morning…and it’s not at the crack of dawn! Have a great night everybody.

Hi there... Yesterday is a blur since I was caught up in a whirlwind of cleaning after going to Jay's basketball game. He is really developing into a good player, and I am impressed with his team spirit. It was tryout day before they are selected for teams, but the kids were in their glory! Then Juli took them for the H1N1 and flu shots before they went to a birthday party for one of Juli's friend's daughter, and then Jay went...

podrunner is a great podcast for running to. it doesn't train you but each podcast has a beat per minute level that makes running great! its an hour of continuous music (with the exception of a little commercial type thing at the very beginning) at a constant beat. Check it out if you want. It's just called PodRunner and it's free

Wow, great price, leave it to Costco, eh? <--- already has a BB though, still really enjoying/using it AND speaking of Costco I have just over 1 year left on the fab deal they brought us for 24h fitness (which I was lucky and rec'd for my 40th bday). Thanks for letting people know so they (or Santa) can save some $).

They awesome! Buy a Polar brand. If you just workout at home - then an F4 would be fine. If you go to a gym then you might want an F6 or F7. Be prepared to spend about $100. Don't buy a wrist only model - these take your pulse only. You can compare HRM's here: http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/all-monitors.h tml
