Yes, BB doesn't have this so I do not know much about it. But as Texas said it gives you detailed info re: your sleep on BB we just have a graph and it shows periods of lower burn (deeper sleep)and higher (more active). Hopefully she (or another GWF user) will explain what THEY see, in more detail than the post above yours!

I too love my F11 which I've had since this spring. However, I've used Polar HRMs since the mid-1990s & had the most simple, basic models during that time (HR & time display, that's it). I honestly had no problem with the hard plastic + elastic strap. The F11 is nicer for sure, but for me, the strap is not more comfortable. Hi all, My new BBV3 is charging. Tech Support walked me through the changeover from BBV2, and I guess it is a good thing that I asked for help because it initially incremented my subscription only 6 months rather than the 12 to which I was entitled. My right arm is going to feel so funny without the armband on it. I've been wearing BBV2 since July, and when I forget to put it on its like forgetting my watch or a favorite ring. I wonder...

Anhyway, between getting food, setting up the Christmas tree and making sure we are ready for a 4-day visit with a party for 20, we are running around all over the place. I told DH he had to go to Costco with me, I am sick of having gatherings for his work friends and ME doing all the work. So, he is taking Fri off and will do the Costco shopping himself!
