Get over being bummed--forgive yourself! You have an amazing body, so figure out what there is to love about it. Guilt is no way to! Life happens sometimes. Look at it this way--you're on the right side of the dirt! Take control back--you can do it!

I don't mind when you hijack if Cate doesn't! I was just on the phone with DH and he held a purring kitty up to the phone for me. He earned some points there.

I love primary care. You really get to know your patients and see them both when they are healthy and sick. I always felt too rushed in the hospital with too much to do and not enough time to connect with patients, which i think is a very important part of nursing care. I also found home health very rewarding. Its nice to play a part in helping people...

WTG on your results...2 size drop is fabulous.
IMHO, she sounds jealous. Is she on the fluffy side? You look great in your photo...is she afraid you will look too hot and can't take competition?

I really think that incorporating your family into the change will help a lot. The past few months I have really been to ...

Good morning Coasters. I’m at work and almost done with the 40oz. Breakfast was hot cereal with raisins and banana chips. Lunch (and yes…I did remember today) is a LC fish & rice dinner. Snacks will be yogurts. For dinner I fixed a crock pot of beef stew. It is very similar to the WW recipe I found online except I left out the beer. It has fat ...

It depends.
Sometimes naked, mostly in pjs, and the weight of the pjs depends on the temperature (and then sometimes with socks, if my feet are cold!).

Morning,
I got up early today to exercise, and ended up doing 30-45 minutes of house work instead!
Should I say I like housework better than exercise??? NOT
I just got caught up in the moment?
TT? What NON- routine exercise can you add to your day?
Mine turned out to be 30-45 minutes of house work so far.
I always take the stairs.
At ...

My first inclination in reading this is that it would be sooooooooo hard on DD right now (I mean yes it would for you too, but she seems so vulnerable).
SO - could you get DH to at least table the decision for three more years, until DD finishes high school?
Oh, and con: you would move away from the WW Denver lovelies. :-(
